Description:Job Purpose
Analyzes current energy usage and develops the institution's energy management plan in order to provide proper environmental conditions with cost effective energy utilization.

Job Duties
Evaluate various energy utilization systems and develop proposals to implement energy conserving projects. Maintain liaison with other Facilities departments to promote optimum facility comfort while reducing energy consumption. Recommend design strategies, and equipment purchases to maintain or improve energy efficiency of systems.
